AI in the Boardroom: When Your Next Board Member Isn't Human
Every major business function is being transformed by AI.
The boardroom is next.
While most conversations focus on AI as a productivity tool, a more important shift is already underway: founders and boards are beginning to use AI to challenge decisions, test strategy, identify blind spots, and improve the quality of leadership itself.
In this thought-provoking session, Damon Clark explores how AI is changing the way boards think, debate, and make decisions and why the companies that embrace it early may build a significant competitive advantage.
We'll explore:
How AI can challenge management assumptions before costly decisions are made.
Why boards are using AI to stress-test strategy and model different future scenarios.
How AI can identify risks, patterns and blind spots that even experienced directors miss.
The role AI will play in improving governance, accountability and board performance.
Where human judgement still matters—and where AI may outperform it.
Why attend?
Whether you're building your first leadership team or already have an established board, this session will challenge how you think about decision-making.
The question is no longer whether AI belongs in the boardroom.
It's whether your competitors will be using it before you are.
